Student of the Week

Well done to our Student’s of the Week for this week, who have been awarded with their certificates and achievement points by Mrs Jackson.

Year 7 – Evie Crellen

Evie was nominated for her work in Performing Arts. She has been an excellent role model for her peers by performing her final robot dance with confidence and enthusiasm. She has worked cooperatively with her group and contributed some very creative ideas to add to the overall choreography. Evie has also demonstrated fantastic commitment by repeatedly rehearsing to perfect her practical work.

Year 8 – Harley Bowness

Harley was nominated for his enthusiasm towards lessons and his excellent attitude.

Amber Telford – Year 9

Amber is to be commended for her creation of abstract art by using computer code in computing.

Cassie McGarry – Year 10

In Performing Arts, Cassie has been an excellent role model for her peers; she has shown outstanding organisation by dividing her time between her coursework and attending all ‘Legally Blonde’ rehearsals. Overall, Cassie’s commitment and effort have been exemplary; she is a real asset to the Performing Arts Department.

Bethany Dougan – Sixth Form

Bethany is to be commended for all her help with the ‘Journey to Sanctuary’ exhibition.

Charlotte Penrice – Year 11 (not available for photo)

Charlotte was super helpful when a Year 7 student was taken ill on the yard. She ran over, asked the staff member if she was ok and then went for the Nurse. She was a massive help.
