Our U12s Girls Football team played in the U12 COUNTY CUP FINALS and were dominant from start to finish!
The girls started off strong with a 4-0 victory against Dallam School, (goals scored by Loe x2, Sadie and Lucy.)
They showed great physical and technical ability.
With this momentum they went on to win 6-0 against Whitehaven Academy (goals scored by Lucy x2, Sadie x2, Rosa and Loe). Again showing great skill determination.
The girls went in to the final match against Trinity School feeling very confident and finished the tournament with a 7-2 win securing their status as COUNTY CUP CHAMPIONS (goals scored by Loe x2, Lucy x3, Sadie x2)
Mrs Murray said: “The team were a pleasure to watch and the level of football was outstanding!”
