Student of the Week

Student of the Week winners have today been presented with their certificates and awarded their achievement points.

Mrs Jackson handed out the certificates earlier today to those who came along for a photo, and the others were passed to Tutors.

Ruby was nominated for two different subjects. In English, Ruby has produced an excellent ‘Big Write’ and her manners and behaviour are always impeccable. In History, Ruby is a wonderful historian; she always tries to gain the top mark band by including fantastic specific detail and accurate knowledge in all of her answers.

Eden is to be commended for being consistently polite and kind and always willing to help.

Year 9 – Jamie Orr

Jamie has been a total superstar this week in class; he is totally engaged and participates fully in everything we do in English.

Year 10 – Demi-Leigh Macdonald (no photo available)

Demi-Leigh was an outstanding ambassador for our school in Manchester during the Geography field trip. She fully participated in every fieldwork task, was willing to question and answer the general public and she gave a drink to a homeless man.
