Year 9 Progress Review Evening 2010

Dear Parents
You are invited to a Progress Review Evening with Subject Teachers for Year 9 pupils on Monday 1st February 2010 from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Will you please ask your child to make appointments with these teachers.
1. Before the evening your child needs to complete page 126 of the Planner.
2. During the evening each appointment will provide you with targets to complete the Teacher
Progress Review on page 127.
You will be given an opportunity to raise any concerns you may have. We aim to make the evening a positive experience for you and your child highlighting their strengths and making suggestions, by target setting, indicating how they might improve their performance.
We feel it is important that your child is involved in every stage of the process and therefore would encourage you to bring them to the Progress Review Evening. We look forward to seeing you on Monday 1st February 2010.
May I also remind you of the Options Evening on Thursday, 21st January from 6.30 pm 8.30 pm.
