Letter from Mr Redhead – EduLink One

Dear Parent / Carer

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our new parental information and communication system, Edulink One.  We will be using this system to provide you with essential school information for your child throughout the academic year.

Edulink One is a purpose-built parental communication tool in the form of an iOS and Android App – with support from a website for those unable to access the apps. This new tool replaces ‘Milk’, our former communication system.

For security, this new system requires an individual parent login username and password.  If you have more than one child at the school, you will only require one account and all children will be visible through this.

To access this new tool you will need to either:

  1. Search for EdulinkOne (Overnetdata) from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install the app to a mobile device – you can have it on multiple devices if you wish.
  2. If you do not have a device suitable for the app, you can access the same great features through the website at https://www.edulinkone.com/

Earlier this week, we sent out an email to you with your personal login details. Using these details and the ‘School ID’ of: ca288ug you should be able to log into the system.  If you have not received an email from school earlier in the week, please provide us with an up-to-date email address so that we can provide you with access to the service as soon as possible.

Once installed/ accessed, the new system provides you with access to your child’s timetable, homework, attendance, achievement points, survey feedback, noticeboard, absence reporting, calendar and document library.  As time progresses, we will introduce new features to the system; we will let you know as new features  become available by either email or a notification via the app.

We hope that you find this new system useful and easy to use, but if you do require further support please email edulinksupport@st-benedicts.cumbria.sch.uk

Yours faithfully

C Redhead
