Further Update on Cancelled School Trips

16th March 2020:

CANCELLED TRIPS:

We will be managing refunds for the cancelled trips over the next few days – please bear with us. If you have paid for a trip please e-mail your bank details to laura.bell@st-benedicts.cumbria.sch.uk. We will need your name, child’s name, name of the trip you paid for, your sort code and account number.

Please note:

SPAIN: The cancelled trip to Valencia in Spain is subject to an insurance claim, which we have submitted this morning. We will refund this as soon as the insurance returns the payment to us.

CASTLERIGG: We will refund payments as soon as we can – please supply the details above to enable this.

GERMANY: We will refund deposits paid.

FRANCE: We are waiting for an update from the organiser. More info to follow.

LONDON: We have begun refunding this today. If you have not yet provided bank details please do so as soon as possible.

TANZANIAN LINK – This is not organised by the school – please contact the organiser directly.

Those students in receipt of a grant from the Mary Graves Trust – more information will follow.
